Peeled potato products
We produce peeled potatoes in different sizes: smaller 20-40 mm and larger 40-60 mm. Peeled potatoes suitable for purée can also be ordered. We also offer unsulfured vacuum-packed peeled potatoes.
Potato products are packed in 5 kg vacuum packs, 10 kg returnable buckets (in water) or 4 kg boxes (in water). We also produce diced, sliced and french-fry cut potatoes. Ready-cut potato wedges are available from both peeled and washed potatoes.
Pre-cooked potato products
All peeled potato products are also available pre-cooked. Pre-cooked products are prepared using the sous-vide method. Products are vacuum-packed raw and then steamed at precisely controlled temperatures in special equipment, followed by rapid water cooling.
This technology provides long shelf life while preserving excellent taste. No preservatives are used. Packaging is usually 5 kg.
Other vegetables
We process and peel the following vegetables:

- Beetroot
- Carrot
- Rutabaga
- White cabbage
All these vegetables can also be chopped, sliced, diced or grated. Pre-cooked beetroot, rutabaga and carrot products are particularly popular. Packaging is usually 5 kg.

Peeled organic products are usually packed in 5 kg packages as well.
